Crash City...

Had to change rating, almost unusable. Often throw the phone down to login to laptop to trade since constantly crashing. You miss out on price action (which works out sometimes....but unintended...)

Limited trade feature set

App is next to useless. Cant even show a gain or loss by strategy. And to close a multilevel trade you have to click on one of the legs and then click on add more. Not intuitive!

Horrible

Schwab bought OX and their tech team appears to not have a clue. This app compared to any other stock app is horrible. Too cheap or too dumb to come up with anything good

Would give zero stars if possible

Hangs, crashes, freeze, time out. Cant get worse when it comes to trading stock. Find a different provider but stay away from this app and company of you value your money.

Can’t even login...

I’ve tried to login with my same credentials that work immediately in Safari on the desktop site over and over. Every time in the app I get an error due to incorrect username/password. There’s no way it’s user error because I’m using the same values directly copied from LastPass… I even uninstalled the app and reinstalled, and changed my password to something shorter. No. Nothing worked… how can I trade if I can’t even login? Seems like its the worst sort of bug…

Getting closer

Please add the "Trigger" to the trailing stop order. I use this a lot and today had a mishap where I modified an order I placed on the full browser version on my phone. The app didnt register my trigger and started calculating my % stop right away. I got stopped out of something I didnt want to get stopped out of. Add the "trigger" to the trailing stop order.

Poor decision data not up to standard of web site

On positions view no data to support relationship to purchase. Call spreads no net info. Must do my own math when mobile which is when complete answers needed most. On order status no information on current price or trend to help analyze whether to change or what price to expect. These expectations set by web site which does support decisions. Very poor app not using screen space available.

Customer

Downloaded the most recent update. I went to my watch list and when I tap on any particular one to get further details about contract size, bid/ask etc it takes me to the default SPR rather than the futures product I selected. If I select ADZ15 from my watch list, ADZ15 information is what needs to be displayed, not the default. This needs to be fixed asap!

Release a new update immediately

There are so many flaws in this current update. Please release another update really soon or go back to the previous version. I lost money today in trading because this update is so bad.

What went wrong

Ive been using the trading app for well over a year now. I would click to see the charts of the stocks on my watch list and literally nothing would show up, so I figured I would delete the app an re-download, now all that is done I go to click on a stock and it pulls up the chart for SPY.. Like cmon a major bug like that shouldve been notice almost instant especially when you already have a few other reviews within days of people having bug issues.

Really poor update, both tech and UI

Doesnt look like it was tested at all. An overseas outsourced app that wasnt tested. What could possibly go wrong?? :-) 8/2- Another untested update. Clicking individual stocks in Watchlists doesnt work. I guess even Schwab cant afford a QA department. 9/21-see above

Works but still buggy...

First anyone who uses this app regularly knows update must be treated with skepticism - they clearly have a flawed or broken development/qa release issue. They have some critical bugs but others remain: position balances dont update with price in a timely manner, etc. The PM who runs this project should be shown the door. Still lags behind with missing Touch ID; but in aggregate its improving. Lot of trust was erased for some time with the previous version.

Excellent app! Bugs have been fixed and it works like it should! Any chances of adding a 10 yr to the charts? And ability to see 2 day on the intraday chart and draw lines?

Wheres the One Touch ID?

Its been a year now. Schwab has One Touch login. Why not here? I find this very frustrating. Why should I have to keep typing in my password when my phone is set up for a fingerprint?

Needs one Touch ID.

All my other financial accounts have one touch log-in, disappointed option express app always lags behind them.

No Transaction History! Still!

After several...and I mean...several updates, there is still NO WAY to view transaction history on the app! Sure, I can tediously, inconveniently, log in to the website on a full browser, but who does that anymore? Dont get me wrong...fees are much less than others (i.e. E*Trade), but cooooooome on!

brain damaged

This app is a frustratingly pared down version of the OX web site. The web site isn’t even that good to begin with. One amazingly bad feature is that the charts only have 5 minute intervals and the quotes don’t follow realtime very closely. Free Yahoo Finance is better than this.

Why is there no Touch ID?

Its just not acceptable. This is accessing your stock account and theres no Touch ID. Amazon has it, all my credit cards have it and Schwab has it. Its not acceptable.

What a disaster!

The most recent update makes things harder and the stock prices arent even close to accurate - sometimes 10x higher or lower than actual price. I am going to have to switch brokerages!
