optionsXpress Mobile App Reviews

The app is nothing to brag about. Its functional. I use trade king, and I think both are comparable. I tend to enjoy Tradekings balance display. I think there needs to be vast improvements to the order status. Has my order been filled and at what price? However, unlike Tradekings mobile platform, one can quickly navigate the optionsxpress app and place an order which is important.

I wish the home page was the positions page and that cash avail was easier to find. Also, purchasing stock should be easy not a 10 step process. Will use but could be easier

Hangs, crashes, freeze, time out. Cant get worse when it comes to trading stock. Find a different provider but stay away from this app and company of you value your money.

However it rotates by itself, why? Then U have to redo load again & again otherwise ...

Keep up with other mobile apps please. Its not hard, just look at what other competitors are doing with their apps and implement something similar. I would like to be able to transfer funds from within the app.

Touch ID please

App lets me trade stocks and options easily. I like the steps it takes me through to keep me from making a mistake on an order. Happy customer

I like the ap. The only thing Thad missing are the cash balances on the first highlight page. So far, transactions work well. For me, its all about execution and the site does it well.

Really enjoyed the layout of the mobile app. Excellent user interface. Seamless transition from web to mobile platform for trading on the go or at work. Unfortunately, my new job does not allow me to trade with OptionsXpress for compliance purposes. I would recommend this app & platform to family & friends.

Does not support fingerprint login so you must re-enter your user name and password every time!!! OptionXpress must re-write this app. The Web site is excellent but this app.... Very poor. It gives limited information, for example, day changes on your positions but not total P/L. As others have pointed, there is no transaction history. Dont think you can trade with it, you will loose money.

On positions view no data to support relationship to purchase. Call spreads no net info. Must do my own math when mobile which is when complete answers needed most. On order status no information on current price or trend to help analyze whether to change or what price to expect. These expectations set by web site which does support decisions. Very poor app not using screen space available.

this is the best company to trade option with but if we can take note from tdameritrade and kinda copy there mobile app then we as a team will be the best !

Its a good broker if starting out. It gives enough information and practice before you start the real thing.

I like the app overall but it needs fingerprint login feature. I dont like entering my password everytime I login.

The screen rotate it self then I cant see my gain or loss. Also when I click on the app it take long time so I uninstalled and reinstalled then turn off turn on and still same problems. Help optionsxpress

I use the app to check my account, transfer funds and modify existing positions. For starting new positions, I use the website.

This app is very user friendly. Easy to use. But sometimes especially during market open and close times this app freezes and you have to close it completely and open it. Also additional features like funds transfer and chat support through this app would bring more customers to this company.

Very user-friendly app as companion to the full website.
